BytsWallet is a smart wallet on Starknet, which means we can build unique features that make your life easy. Some examples are real-time fraud protection, no seed phrase, and simple account recovery. With our Starknet account, you can get the best of Ethereum at a fraction of the cost.

BytsWallet is built on Starknet, a “layer two” blockchain that scales Ethereum. Your assets are stored on the blockchain, and you control them through the BytsWallet app. We can't access your assets or prevent you from accessing them yourself. You're in control, always.

BytsWallet is a self-custody wallet, meaning only you can access your assets, and we can’t prevent you from doing so. In contrast, a custodial wallet is like a traditional bank that holds your assets and could lock you out anytime. Learn more.

Your BytsWallet wallet allows you to access a large number of Ethereum-based tokens, including ETH, USDC, STRK, EKUBO, and Wrapped Bitcoin. We regularly add support for more cryptocurrencies.

BytsWallet is fully focused on Starknet, a network built to scale Ethereum. We have supported zkSync in the past and continue to support Ethereum for existing users with our BytsWallet Vault account. Do not send funds to any chains that we don’t support. You will lose your funds.

No problem. You can recover your mobile account for free with off-chain recovery. With our mobile account, you'll never need a seed phrase again. BytsWallet X smart accounts can also be recovered with a seed phrase or via email.

We believe the point of crypto is to give you control. So, we built BytsWallet to protect you even if the worst happened to us as a company and we disappeared. In this scenario, you could easily move your assets out using another wallet. We believe in freedom, not lock-in.
